Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer – Azure – New Role (REF49)

A leading orgnsiation requires a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer – Azure – to join its growing team. Suitable candidates will have the following:

• Experience of implementing and supporting enterprise hosting infrastructure – including experience of migrating to the cloud (Azure)
• Experience of producing technical designs (for on-prem and cloud environments)
• Experience of developing standards, policies and procedures relating to hosting services
• Large scale implementation or migration of technology stacks to new data centres, or onboarding of new customers to existing services/cloud
• Experience engaging with customers (internal or external) on solution design
• Ensuring best practices are in place with IT security at the forefront of all decisions.
• Experienvce of leading in technical projects, defining objectives, timelines and resource commitments.

Desirable qualifications:

• Enterprise architecture processes, or relevant technologies such as Nutanix, Azure, Rubrik, VMWare at an Architect level
• Cyber security
• ITILv4 foundation
• Project Management
