We’re proud to be partnering with a leading organization in their search for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain their Azure cloud environment and supporting infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and the Internal Developer Platform.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and GitOps for Kubernetes (AKS).
- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across all platform services.
- Monitor performance and optimize costs using Azure and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve automation, delivery, and developer experience.
Required experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure core and platform services (AKS, App Services, networking, storage, API Management).
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform essential, Bicep desirable) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Proven Kubernetes (AKS) experience, including cluster operations, networking, RBAC, and GitOps workflows.
- Knowledge of observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Datadog/Grafana) and DevSecOps best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with engineers and SREs to deliver secure, self-service platforms.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, Azure Landing Zones and the Well-Architected Framework.
