We’re working with a well-established organisation in a utilities environment undergoing a significant transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to play a key role.

While you’ll be leading a team of Business Analysts, it remains a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to the wider IT roadmap, facilitate key requirements workshops with senior stakeholders, and work closely with vendors to deliver company-wide transformation.

Key focus areas:

  • Leading business analysis across change and transformation initiatives
  • Translating business problems into clear, deliverable solutions
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology
  • Providing guidance, standards, and oversight across BA activities
  • Supporting solution design alongside architecture and data teams

About you:

  • Strong background as a Senior / Lead Business Analyst
  • Experience working in complex, regulated or operational environments
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
  • Comfortable providing leadership and direction within delivery teams
