I'm working with a fast-growing IT & Network Services organisation that is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their high-performing customer success team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, driving service excellence, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service experience while working closely with technical, delivery and commercial teams to continuously improve service performance.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for a portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience
- Lead regular service reviews, manage service improvement plans and proactively resolve escalations, incidents and service issues
- Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings, performance reporting and strategic reviews
- Monitor service performance against KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Technical teams to support customer success while identifying opportunities for account growth and added value
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years' experience managing B2B customer relationships within an IT Service Provider or Telecoms organisation
- Has experience supporting the delivery of Network Connectivity (LAN, WAN) or Security solutions
- Is confident managing customer escalations, service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Has excellent stakeholder management skills and can build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience using CRM and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Zoho or similar platforms
