I’m proud to be working with an award-winning law firm in support of their search for a Junior Business Requirements Analyst to join the transformation team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their business analysis career to work on a variety of interesting projects and progress within an established and talented team.
You will support a range of business and technology change initiatives, helping stakeholders define requirements, improve processes and deliver projects that drive operational efficiency and business improvement. This is a hybrid position, working in their central Bristol offices twice a week and they offer an excellent range of benefits, including private health insurance and a dedicated personal training allowance.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and capture requirements
- Support workshops, process mapping and analysis activities
- Document current and future-state processes and recommend improvements
- Produce clear business requirements and project documentation
- Collaborate with project teams, suppliers and business users to support successful delivery
- Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
Requirements
- Experience in a Business Analysis or similar role
- An interest in business change, transformation and process improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to gather, analyse and document requirements effectively
- A proactive mindset and desire to develop within a supportive team environment
- Working towards, or interested in obtaining, a professional business analysis certification
