About the role:

We're working with a successful and growing IT Managed Service Provider that is actively seeking an experienced and ambitious 1st Line IT Support Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, with demonstrable experience in providing excellent technical support within a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk or 1st Line Support position, preferably within an MSP environment
  • Strong skills in administering and troubleshooting Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A professional and approachable attitude, with the ability to stay effective under pressure
  • Knowledge of networking and firewalls, along with experience working with Windows Server

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients’ IT and technical support enquiries
  • Logging, prioritising, and resolving support tickets in accordance with SLAs
  • Carrying out remote diagnostics and proactive network maintenance
  • Assisting with workstation builds and user setups
  • Escalating issues to 2nd Line support when required and helping improve internal processes
