The Role
Working as part of an experienced team, you will be involved in the installation of electrical services across a wide range of commercial projects throughout London, the Home Counties and the M25 corridor. Projects include:
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Commercial offices
- Theatres
- Local authority buildings
- Public sector refurbishment and fit-out projects
Approximately half of the work is across London and the Home Counties, with the remainder on local authority contracts. Occasional overnight stays may be required to meet project requirements, although this represents less than 5% of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out first and second fix electrical installations.
- Installing containment systems, cabling, lighting, power and associated electrical services.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
- Completing installations to a high standard in line with current regulations.
- Working safely and in accordance with company Health and Safety policies.
