RedRock Recruitment are seeking for their client an experienced Business Development Manager within the construction/cleaning sector. Duties to include:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with long-term goals
- Identify and qualify leads in the construction/post-construction sector
- Build relationships and networks with contractors, developers, project managers
- Collaborate with operations, estimating, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are technically and commercially feasible
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and KPI delivery
- Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements
You MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience with the construction/post-construction cleaning sector. Car allowance, laptop, and phone provided. Commission and bonus (100k OTE). Immediate start.
