Our Resourcer will enter RedRock to join our Major Accounts Team; a team of hungry & driven employees, all progressing working to serve our clients workforce solutions requirements. Working with huge clients including government bodies and household names, you will be supporting a busy desk, working on multiple roles at once to provide the exceptional service that our clients have come to expect from RedRock. You will be finding the best talent on the market to service our clients. Over time you’ll learn more about the business and progress accordingly to take your career in recruitment to the next stage. This position would suit a competitive and resilient individual who wants to learn more about the industry from a highly experienced team within a supportive environment. No two days will be the same. You’ll always be on the go. And, you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Interacting with potential job seekers both on the telephone and face to face
- Searching through job boards to identify suitable applicants
- Building relationships with potential candidates to become an expert in your field
- Researching companies to select specific individuals for niche requirements
- Using the in-house CRM system to keep track of interview and progress with client requirements
- Finding leads for new business
