Key responsibilities
- Lead service design activities from discovery through delivery.
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes, and design artefacts.
- Work closely with users, researchers, product managers, developers, and policy teams.
- Identify pain points and opportunities to improve end-to-end services.
- Support teams in meeting GDS standards and accessibility requirements.

- Proven experience as a service designer within public-sector projects.
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design and agile delivery.
- Experience working with the GDS Service Standard and assessment process.
