We are looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated individual into our Resource Delivery team. You will be working within our internal talent team in account support, who are responsible for delivering an optimum level of service to our key customers. The role will be to support the delivery of contract technology resources and to support several major projects. Sectors include Government, Consulting, Digital, Health Care and Financial Services.

You will be working in tandem with our account and delivery managers where you will be building relationships with internal resources and associates, along with identifying and qualifying resources for new and ongoing projects. You will have access to multiple CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn, advertising, and our wider database which has been built over 15 years within the technical market. No two days will be the same. You’ll always be on the go. And, you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.

Principal duties and responsibilities
  • Interacting with potential job seekers both on the telephone and face-to-face
  • Searching through job boards to identify the best in class
  • Creating Hotlists of the best people in each niche field we work in
  • Using the in-house CRM system to keep in touch and network with the contacts that you will create and grow

Desirable Experience

Ideally you will have some experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or internal recruitment but this is not essential.

Renumeration

Base Salary £23,500 with on target earnings of £50k Uncapped earning potential.
