Principal Duties and Responsibilities Co-lead and support the development and implementation of marketing and campaigns strategy aligned with RedRock’s objectives. Lead the creation, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative and effective. Manage digital presence, including website, CRM, and LinkedIn, to maximize engagement and lead generation. Plan, create, and analyze email marketing campaigns for continuous improvement. Support the event programme, including logistics, marketing, and follow-up activities. Create compelling content for social media, email, and the website. Use performance analytics to measure campaign success and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, pre-sales, and consulting to align marketing efforts with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to inform strategies. Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR, or campaigns.
