Senior Business Analyst – GOV / GDS / Ideally SC Cleared

Location: Various Locations: Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham

About the Role

We are seeking a number of experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Government Digital Service (GDS) standards to support a critical programme within the public sector. Ideally candidates will have live and active SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements in line with GDS principles.
• Map business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with project objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support testing, validation, and assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews with users and stakeholders.

• Proven GOV/GDS project experience (must-have).
• Holding live and active SC Clearance would be advantageous.
• Must be able to work inside IR35 at the rate £450 p/d.
• All applicants must have UK GOV experience and be based in the UK; our partner is unable to provide any sponsorship.
