Hybrid: 3 days per week on site at your local hub

We’re looking for a Product Manager to support the delivery and development of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive adoption of a significant digital and AI transformation.
Copilot is rapidly evolving, with strategic decisions to be made around scaling beyond the current 3,500 licences, improving licence management, and shaping future automation and AI capability — including Copilot Chat, Copilot Agents, and the rollout of new Microsoft features.
You’ll play a key role in accelerating adoption, driving user value, and ensuring the product evolves in line with company initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive adoption across the company and support users to get value from the tool
- Implement Copilot Chat pinning across Office and desktop
- Support commercial, governance & rollout for persona-based training
- Gather and analyse use cases, success metrics & feedback
- Identify where additional capability/licensing is required
- Work with directorates to analyse licence value, usage & data insights
- Monitor and optimise licence allocation and utilisation
- Ensure licence users meet access requirements & Terms of Use
- Support planning for wider scaling of the solution
- Track new Microsoft features, assess impact & drive decision-making
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in product management or digital delivery
- Knowledge of M365 and AI capabilities (desirable)
- Able to operate in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Data-driven decision-maker
