Head of Data & Analytics to lead and mature a newly established function.
You'll shape the data strategy, strengthen governance, and build the capabilities and culture needed to enable confident, data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with technology, business, and executive stakeholders, you'll deliver meaningful reporting and analytics, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and lead a team of data professionals.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role requiring strong technical credibility, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Develop and deliver a business-aligned data strategy with a clear roadmap for implementation and adoption.
- Establish robust data governance frameworks covering data quality, security, compliance, and organisational standards.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Data & Analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
