**NEW CONTRACT** Delivery Manager (GOV)- Hybrid (Leeds) – 5 months – Inside IR35 Rate: £450p/day Looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a team in Leeds on a hybrid working model. If you excel at applying Agile practices, coaching team members, and managing challenging stakeholder relationships, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development. Apply Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including managing challenging interactions effectively. Identify and mitigate risks to drive successful project outcomes. Apply Agile methodologies and SAFe practices to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role. Experience of working within central government clients Strong knowledge of Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. Leadership qualities, including mentoring and developing team members. A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on delivering results. Ability to work on a hybrid basis with regular presence in our Leeds office.
