We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with a strong background in Government Digital Service (GDS) standards to support two projects running parallel together, within the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects from Discovery through to Live
- Ensure delivery against agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
- Develop and manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and suppliers
- Track progress, budgets, and provide accurate reporting to senior leadership and governance boards
- Drive collaboration, shared ownership, and a positive team culture
- Actively manage change and governance across multiple projects
- Tailor communications to different audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Act as the key point of contact for third-party suppliers
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering digital projects in a project management role
- Strong experience leading teams and working across organisational boundaries
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to apply appropriate project management tools and frameworks
- Experience managing stakeholders and preparing realistic project plans
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience
- Experience delivering projects from Discovery through to Live
- Must have UK Government / Public Sector experience
- Must be UK-based (no sponsorship available)
