We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a key Modern Workplace programme focused on enhancing identity and security capabilities, including Active Directory (Entra ID) improvements and Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to elicit, assess, and document business requirements using a range of structured techniques.
- Translate business needs into clear, traceable requirements aligned to strategic outcomes.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying gaps and recommending practical, effective solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes to assess cross-functional impacts of proposed changes.
