We are currently seeking an experienced and well-established Service Manager to join a long-standing programme with our GOV end customer.
- Must have live and active SC Clearance
- Must be able to travel to Corsham 3 days per week
- Ideally having worked in a UK GOV setting previously
- Own and manage end-to-end service delivery in line with ITIL best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure services meet SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Manage incident, problem, change, and service improvement processes
- Oversee service transition and operational readiness for new or changed services
- Support services operating on cloud-based infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Ensure compliance with UK Government security, assurance, and governance standards
- Produce regular service reports and lead service review meetings
- Proven experience in a Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager role
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management processes
- Experience supporting services hosted in cloud environments
- Experience working within UK Government, public sector, or highly regulated organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
All candidates must be based in the UK and must have live and active SC Clearance.
