Hybrid – Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield or Blackpool (1–2 days per month onsite). We are supporting a major government programme seeking an experienced Content Designer to join a multidisciplinary User-Centred Design team. Working alongside Senior Content Designers, User Researchers, Service Designers and other digital specialists, you'll create clear, accessible, user-focused content for digital services used at scale.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience creating accessible, plain English content
  • Experience following established content patterns, style guides and content design processes
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative research data to inform content decisions
