About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Videographer & Influencer Content Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on producing high-impact short-form video content and managing collaborations with influencers and content creators. You will work closely with our creative, post-production, and advertising teams to deliver engaging assets tailored for social platforms.

This is an in-person role based at our Canary Wharf headquarters and involves frequent travel for shoots, events, and creator projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Film, direct, and produce short-form UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Identify, onboard, and manage content creators and influencers for brand campaigns
• Collaborate with creative, post-production, and paid ads teams to develop and optimise concepts
• Script, storyboard, and plan content aligned with campaign objectives and audience insights
• Travel within the UK and internationally to capture content and oversee influencer activations
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and creative quality across all deliverables
• Review performance and contribute ideas to improve future content output

Requirements

• Proven experience producing short-form social media content (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, trends, and audience behaviour
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Confident directing talent and interacting with creators
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with paid advertising and post-production teams (preferred)
• Must be legally able to travel internationally for work
