The Role: We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This key role comes with the responsibility of identifying and securing new profitable growth opportunities for Redporth. As Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving new sales and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis & Trend Identification: Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth. Proposals & Pitches: Lead the creation of proposals and pitches to attract new business. Expanding Market Reach: Increase Redporth’s presence in existing and new markets. Establishing New Business Channels: Build and nurture new business avenues to drive growth. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and foster high-profile strategic partnerships to enhance our market position. Maximising Revenue: Maximise revenue from key existing relationships and clients. Relationship Mapping: Maintain and expand our network of strategic relationships. Social Media Visibility: Enhance Redporth’s visibility and engagement across social media platforms. Experience required: In depth experience in the financial services marketplace, with an established network of contacts. A strategic thinker with strong networking, analytical, and organisational skills. Excellent IT proficiency, including relevant (i.e. LinkedIn) social media platforms. A confident and personable individual who embodies our core values of integrity, respect, innovation, simplicity, and flexibility. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
