We are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to help support our fantastic clients. Ideally, we're looking for a lawyer with 5+ years PQE. Previous in-house experience would be awesome, but is not a must. Similarly, employment litigation experience would also be great, but is not essential. However, an absolute commitment to excellent client service is non-negotiable. Only enthusiastic people need apply!
No billing targets and no law firm politics. We work as a team to deliver for our clients. Redpoint Law is a fast-growing employment and commercial law firm based in Bristol. We are proud of our values and our client service focus; we are looking to grow our team with like-minded people.

The ideal candidates will have 5 years+ PQE and previous in-house experience would also be fantastic. However, what's most important to us is that you are creative, entrepreneurial and client focused. We are not a traditional law firm and we are not looking for traditional lawyers!
