We are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to help support our fantastic clients. Employment litigation experience would also be great, but is not essential. No billing targets and no law firm politics. Redpoint Law is a fast-growing employment and commercial law firm based in Bristol. We are proud of our values and our client service focus; for that reason, all our roles are hybrid working. We are very open to candidates working full time or part time. The amount of time spent in the office for a full time employee is two days a week.

We work with companies of all sizes: household names, global corporates, PLCs and small start-ups. We provide advice on the entire range of employment law services including employment litigation. However, what’s most important to us is that you are creative, entrepreneurial and client focused. We are not a traditional law firm and we are not looking for traditional lawyers!
