Role Overview

As the B2B Sales Manager, you’ll own the B2B go-to-market strategy, managing a small but high-performing team of Account Executives and partnering closely with the VP of B2B Sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the B2B Sales team, managing performance, coaching, and career progression of Account Executives.
  • Build and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that drives adoption of Redpin’s embedded international payments solutions across target verticals (professional services, payroll, mass payments).
  • Partner with the Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and successful implementations.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and deal governance to ensure accuracy and predictability of revenue.
  • Personally lead on selecting strategic accounts and partnerships, setting the standard for enterprise engagement and execution.
  • Implement sales best practices and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC), ensuring a consistent and data‑driven approach to qualification, discovery, and closing.
  • Work closely with Marketing and SDR teams to refine lead‑generation strategies and messaging for the enterprise segment.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into product roadmap and go‑to‑market planning.
  • Foster a collaborative sales culture that celebrates curiosity, integrity, and accountability.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven leadership experience managing B2B sales teams in an environment.
  • A strong background in SaaS or embedded fintech sales, ideally with experience in API‑led payment solutions.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling early‑stage or new market propositions.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • A consistent track record of overachieving revenue targets at both individual and team levels.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance execution with long‑term planning.
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast‑paced, and evolving business environment.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in fintech, proptech, or international payments.
  • Familiarity with embedded finance or API integration sales motions.
