We’re now seeking four B2B Account Executives for the EMEA region, based in the UK. These roles form part of our FY27 partnership focused hiring plan. This is a combined Business Development / Account Management role. In this role you will collaborate with the Global Head of Enterprise to craft solutions and go-to-market strategies that will propel our business to new heights.
What You’ll Do:
- You will have end-to-end responsibility across the 6 to 12 week sales cycle, including origination and initial relationship management.
- You will self-source 70% of leads, with SDR and Marketing support for the remaining 30%.
- You will also be supported by a solutions engineer.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer process gaps, translating them into optimal solutions that meet their needs.
- Working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, IT, compliance, and marketing teams to effectively communicate client needs and maximize new business conversion.
- Supporting an organization-wide engagement strategy to drive internal sales and engaging directly with both direct customers and channel partners as required.
- Collaborate with the wider sales leadership team to support strategic planning and objectives.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven success in developing propositions and commercializing new SaaS products and solutions—ideally in the Payments space.
- Previous experience of selling full technical API led implementations as well as partnership driven software.
- Experience of end to end pipeline management and closing.
- Demonstrable experience in managing long and complex sales cycles and influencing the speed of closing opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
- Comfort with both face-to-face client meetings and remote methods.
- Sufficient understanding and experience of integration methodologies to effectively collaborate with product and development teams in crafting end solutions.
- A strong track record of collaborative work across multiple functions.
- Consistent ability to close high-value opportunities and exceed financial targets.
- Outstanding communication skills.

- Previous experience in the fintech or proptech sectors.
- Previous experience within the international payments ecosystem.
- Experience of working on the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Background knowledge and understanding of International Real Estate.
