About the Role:

Are you seeking an opportunity to support all customers and prospects, acting as the first point of contact dealing with all client enquiries? We are now seeking 2 Client Account Executives to work on a Fractional basis. Each CAE will work two days per week, between Thursday and Sunday. Typical shift patterns are Thursday + Saturday and Friday + Sunday. Your performance will be crucial in achieving and surpassing both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization. Your contribution will play a vital role in our success and the satisfaction of our valued clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to all customers and prospects, acting as the first point of contact dealing with all client enquiries.
  • Processing registration forms, liaising with compliance and other internal departments, handling queries, administration tasks, communications and all other activities that have an impact on the customers’ account opening experience.
  • Establish trading opportunities with newly registered customers and make a clear note in Salesforce for the dealing team to follow up on.
  • To be fully aware of and apply all KYC, AML and Data Protection policies and ensure they are always complied with.
  • The first line of defence to prevent fraud, scams etc.
  • Building rapport with customers quickly, empathising and understanding their key concerns.
  • Having a thorough understanding of our key Partners.
  • Having a general understanding of important daily market events and pricing.

  • Account executives must be excellent communicators and obtain an in-depth knowledge of our company's products, services and markets.
  • You are often one of the first points of contact for our customers and play a major role in driving revenue growth for the business.
  • Sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Confidence working with numbers.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • The ability to operate with autonomy as well as embrace teamwork.
