About The Role
The B2B Marketing Manager plays a key role in building awareness and generating qualified leads among our strategic B2B audiences, including global payroll providers, trade finance providers, and enterprise real estate and legal firms. You will develop integrated multi-channel campaigns targeted at B2B audiences and collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, content, and channel strategies. You will also oversee ABM activities for high-value accounts and support the refinement of our vertical propositions based on market feedback. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven marketer with strong B2B campaign experience, multi-channel execution skills, and a deep understanding of lead generation in B2B markets.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute B2B-specific marketing plans targeting decision-makers in key verticals to drive demand and engagement.
- Implement multi-channel campaigns across events, sponsorships, ABM, direct mail, paid media, and partner activations.
- Support sales enablement through the creation of toolkits and collateral aligned with the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to produce case studies, thought leadership, and lead nurture content.
- Manage strategic marketing partnerships with industry bodies to ensure maximum ROI from sponsorships, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on B2B performance metrics, including MQLs, campaign impact, and conversion rates, contributing to global dashboards.
- Manage the B2B marketing budget to ensure spending delivers measurable ROI.
- Continuously test new tactics and channels to improve campaign performance.
- Represent the voice of the market internally by providing insights on trends, competitors, and partner needs.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or professional services, with a focus on lead generation.
- Proven success in developing multi-channel campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging development skills.
- Strong command of ABM, lead nurturing, digital campaigns, and offline activation tactics.
- Understanding of consultative sales processes and B2B buyer behavior.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis skills; proficiency with Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
