Fixed Term Contract (6 – 9 Months) Hybrid / London

Remuneration: £38,000 – £43,000/yr

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, results focused and hands on, with a proven track record of bringing ideas and smart solutions to clients; identifying and leveraging opportunities; devising and articulating a range of strategic solutions; supporting creatively and strategically through all creative touchpoints of the business. You’ll be a confident and passionate digital and social‑first creative who naturally thrives in a fast‑paced agency setup; determined, diligent, collaborative and an excellent communicator. You will need to be self‑assured in your approach, meticulous in your attention to detail, and a real team player. In this role you will work across some of our most high‑profile and exciting clients, contributing to the creative, strategic, social, influencer, and production objectives. A developed understanding of redpill’s full breadth of services, client objectives and industry trends will be required to construct ideas and strategies that transform our and our client’s business.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years experience
  • Grounded experience in creative, strategic marketing, influencer marketing, social media & production
  • Strong understanding of the content production process
  • First‑class written and verbal communication skills
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Experienced multi‑account handler
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Extensive agency/brand experience at a mid‑weight creative level
  • Extensive experience working with senior global clients and the ability to pitch and present ideas with clarity and confidence (internally and externally)
  • Experience with big global brands
  • Experience with Travel, Technology, Lifestyle and B2C clients preferred
  • Strong work ethic and proven experience successfully managing and influencing senior stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully supporting a diverse range of projects within a fast‑paced creative environment
  • Building our creative offering with unique and compelling ideas that create new solutions and make clients and the industry take notice
  • Copywriting: generating scripts, stand‑alone copy, text to complement visuals, or social post captions across any platform; understanding the message the client/brand is seeking to deliver and translating this into attractive copy that will engage the reader
  • Develop a quick understanding of our clients’ customers and generating attention‑grabbing ideas that will entice them, helping to make ideas become reality
  • Develop proactive and responsive strategic plans, proposals, and content briefs
  • Supporting creative staff and personnel as required on a day‑to‑day basis
  • Client liaison to develop a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives
  • Creating ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns
  • Staying one step ahead of competitors by researching current media trends
  • Inspiring younger creatives to be expressive and innovative in their ideas
  • Execute tasks with the flair & professionalism needed to innovate our agency/clients
  • An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas
  • Motivation and the desire to execute every job to the highest standard
  • The ability to think laterally and literally and build creative solutions that truly excite
  • Ensure all campaign elements are delivered to an exceptional standard and maintain high levels of execution and excellence across all creative output from the agency
  • Creating an atmosphere of brand‑defining creativity and building the right structure for creativity to flourish inside the creative team and also outside the creative team in the wider agency
  • Perform as a key player in the development of a portfolio of clients, motivating and inspiring talent, clients, and our teams
  • Be accountable for the execution of creative work created under your stewardship
  • Demonstrating a sharp POV on the principles of creativity, marketing, and advertising, you’ll demonstrate a mix of conceptual thinking, innovation, design craft and fearless leadership to create meaningful and memorable work
  • Ability to develop and deliver new business strategies with ideas that inspire and excite
  • Travel on international shoots as directed
