Deine Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Die Planung, Auslegung und Weiterentwicklung von Maschinen- und Anlagenkonzepten im Schacht- und Bergbau bildet einen zentralen Bestandteil dieser Position.
- Aufbau, Betrieb und Wartung komplexer technischer Einrichtungen sowie großer Spezialgeräte werden betreut.
- Fachliche Führung multinationaler Teams sowie die koordinierende Steuerung von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften, Normen und Genehmigungsauflagen.
- Verantwortung gegenüber technischen Aufsichtsbehörden.
- Mitwirkung an Arbeitssicherheitskonzepten sowie Durchführung technischer Risikoanalysen.
- Unterstützung konventioneller und mechanisierter Vortriebsverfahren und Sicherstellung deren reibungslosen Ablaufs.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit elektrischen Fachbereichen, insbesondere im Bereich der Steuerungs- und Antriebstechnik.
Was Du ins Unternehmen mitbringst:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, z. B. im Maschinenbau, in der Elektrotechnik, der Verfahrenstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bergbau, Schachtbau oder in verwandten Branchen wie dem Tunnel- oder Spezialtiefbau oder dem Maschinenbau von Spezialgeräten.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, im Aufbau, im Betrieb und in der Instandhaltung maschinentechnischer Anlagen.
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit internationalen Regelwerken wie der Maschinenrichtlinie oder gängigen DIN/EN/ISO/TAS-Normen.
- Sicheres Verständnis von Arbeitssicherheitsanforderungen.
- Kenntnisse elektrischer Anlagen sowie moderner Steuerungstechnik sind von Vorteil.
- Teamfähigkeit, Führungsstärke und interkulturelle Kompetenz.
- Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
