Redpanda Data is hiring a Commercial Sales Manager to build and scale the EMEA sales team, owning revenue and setting growth targets across mid-market and growth accounts.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor Account Executives, partnering with SDRs, SEs, and Marketing to drive pipeline and predictable growth.

You will lead process optimization, implement MEDDPICC-driven methodologies, and represent customer feedback for product and packaging decisions across multiple European markets.
