About rednote: rednote is one of the world's most trusted platforms, with over 350 million people sharing how they actually live, travel, create and discover. In a world of infinite content, what makes rednote different is its source: real human experience, honestly lived and generously shared. We are now writing our global chapter, and this team is leading the charge.
The global community you're building: rednote's community is deep, sophisticated and culturally rich. What it needs now are builders who can bring the full breadth of the world's cultures in - with the same authenticity and depth that made this platform what it is. You will build this community from the ground up. Find and recruit creators who live between worlds. Bring together people with genuine cultural curiosity, identify the signals and trends worth believing in, and help them grow. And in doing so, create what doesn't exist anywhere else on the internet: a place where human perspective travels freely across cultures.
We're looking for a London-based Community Manager to own the local market — building creator relationships, executing campaigns, and running activations on the ground — while working remotely with our US marketing team to localize and execute global strategy.
Responsibilities:- Build and own London's creator network — recruit, onboard, and manage partnerships across your key verticals.
- Execute creator marketing campaigns end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, contracting, content review, and performance reporting.
- Plan and produce community events and creator activations in London.
- Collaborate remotely with the US marketing team to adapt global strategy for the local market; report regularly on creator activation, content output, and campaign ROI.
- Be the local cultural expert — feed real-time creator insights and market signals back to the global team.
- 4+ years in creator partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, or community building — proven track record of building creator networks from scratch.
- Strong instinct for content and creators — you understand what performs, what resonates, and why.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest.
- Existing creator relationships in London, or the network and credibility to build them fast.
- Experienced working remotely with a US-based team — proactive communicator, comfortable with async workflows and GMT (UTC+0/+1) overlap.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Background in consumer or social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Reddit, Pinterest, Netflix) is a strong plus.
Important Note: This role requires candidates to be based in London. Please note this is a fixed-term role.
