Make a real difference at Rednock School as a Teaching Assistant! Join our Student Development team and help students with SEND reach their full potential. Working under our SENCo's direction, you'll support learners across all subjects and key stages, removing barriers to learning and celebrating progress.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people
- Strong teamwork skills, patience, and a good sense of humour
- Commitment to inclusive practice and student progress
- Good ICT skills and sensitivity to individual needs
- Experience with SEND students and KS3/KS4 curriculum is desirable but not essential - we value the right attitude and potential
The role:
- Fixed term until 31 July 2026
- 28 hours per week (5 days), term time only
- £15,934 per annum (Grade 3 Point 4, pro rata)
- Part-time hours may be negotiable - discuss at interview
