Are you an immediately available receptionist/administrator looking for a part time opportunity in education? Our rural comprehensive school is looking for a full time School Receptionist to join our busy team. Your key tasks will be:
- To meet, greet and manage students and visitors entering and leaving the school site.
- To answer telephone calls and face-to-face enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- To respond to telephone enquiries from members of the public, exercising considerable discretion.
- To manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- To support the Data and Administrative Services team with administration tasks when required.
This is a permanent role working 39.5 hours per week during term time, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. The starting salary Grade 3 pro rata (actual £22,479pa), starting as soon as possible.
