Our client is a long standing, independent employer offering excellent working environment and benefits. Due to business growth we are currently seeking a PCB Assembly Technician to join the highly skilled electronics manufacturing team. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Assemble PCBs in line with company standards and specifications Perform soldering and component placement accurately Identify component shortages and raise stock requisitions Monitor stock levels and support production scheduling Inspect completed assemblies to ensure right-first-time quality Diagnose and rectify faults as required Maintain accurate production and stock records Keep the work area clean, safe, and organised Support continuous improvement initiatives Adhere to ESD procedures and rules Skills and experience sought: IPC certification (advantageous) Previous experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environment Knowledge of PCB assembly processes Lean 5s PCB soldering skills (through-hole and/or surface mount) Strong attention to detail Ability to follow technical instructions and drawings Good manual dexterity Basic understanding of electronic components Our client offers excellent benefits including Bonus, Pension, Sick Pay etc. For more information please apply with CV.
