Our client is a long standing, independent employer offering excellent benefits and flexible working conditions. We are currently seeking a Customer Services Office Administrator to join the Customer Service Team. Ideal candidates will have some previous experience within a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time role offering flexible working including hybrid/remote options.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales
    • To create Sales Orders, ensuring customer details are correct in line with PO requirements
    • To create part records for new part requirements, including necessary BOMs
    • To acknowledge Sales Orders within a timely manner
    • To create Works Orders for manufactured parts
    • To respond to customer requests promptly
  • Deliveries
    • To liaise internally, and with customers to arrange delivery of Sales Orders
    • To arrange necessary transportation, identifying where there may be special customer requirements
    • To generate dispatch notes
