The company is involved in the design and manufacture of specialist Electrical/Electronic products for an industrial market. Due to business growth, we are currently seeking a Wireperson to join the highly skilled electrical manufacturing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling sub-assemblies and assemblies to relevant standards and layouts.
- Wiring sub-assemblies and assemblies to relevant standards and layouts.
- Reading, learning, understanding, and interpreting drawings and work instructions, as well as other written or verbal instructions, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
- Interpreting electrical, mechanical, and wiring diagrams.
- Understanding the Health and Safety hazards, risks, and controls to maintain safe working practices and environment.
Previous experience in a similar Wireperson role within an Electrical/Electronic Production environment would be beneficial. Our client offers excellent benefits including Bonus, Pension, Sick Pay, excellent holidays, and a 4.5 day week.
