Our client is a well established, thriving business demonstrating consistent growth in the field of medical training and simulation products. We are currently seeking a National Sales Manager responsible for the development and delivery of sales budgets as well as contributing to the future strategic direction of the business. You will be managing a team of both Internal and External Sales Representatives and Account Managers. The Sales team is 100% customer focused and facing. Each member of the team works with clinicians and educators to establish their needs which will help train the clinicians of the future. Requirements of the role: Develop an annual sales strategy that meets the companys sales goals in line with the 5-year business plan. Implementation of the annual sales targets to create targets for the team, monitoring performance and motivating team to reach targets. Increase market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities. Maintain and develop relationships with key contacts/institutions and corporate partners with the aim of influencing buying decisions and inclusion of key products into developing curriculum.
