About the Role
Our client is looking for a passionate and supportive Youth Tutor to join their Swansea-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is passionate about helping them overcome barriers, develop their skills and move towards positive outcomes in education, employment and training. You will work closely with learners on an individual and group basis, delivering engaging training and providing the encouragement and guidance they need to reach their potential. The role supports young people through Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+), a Welsh Government programme designed to help young people who are not currently in education, employment or training develop their skills, experience and employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using a range of teaching and learning methods.
