Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

Our client
Our client is an established independent financial firm based in South Wales. They are seeking an organised and professional Wealth Management Administrator to join their Torfaen team.
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will support the full client journey from initial contact through to completion, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support Financial Advisers with client recommendations and suitability reports.
Research products and providers and prepare quotes, comparisons and documentation.
Prepare and submit applications for investments, pensions and protection products.
Track cases through to completion and liaise with clients, providers and third parties.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries professionally.
Prepare client information and meeting packs.
Manage adviser diaries and book client reviews.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
Use Intelliflo (Intelligent Office) and Microsoft Office systems.
Support colleagues and contribute to the wider team.
Requirements
You will ideally have experience in financial planning, IFA support or financial services administration, although candidates from a highly organised customer-facing background will also be considered.
