Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: £140£160 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our growing team, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout South Wales.

The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to maintaining professional standards on every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing surfaces for decoration, including sanding, filling, and priming
  • Carrying out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating work
  • Wallpaper hanging and finishing
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas
  • Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards
  • Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and site managers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
  • Own tools and reliable transport are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • CSCS card preferred but not essential
