- Maintenance Team Leader (Maintenance Manager)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance, inspection and safe operation of a diverse range facilities and equipment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine practical maintenance expertise with team leadership in a fast-paced and highly rewarding environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all facilities remain safe, operational and maintained to the highest standards whilst helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
- Leading all maintenance activities across the site.
- Managing inspection and maintenance programmes for facilities, equipment and PPE.
- Ensuring all maintenance records and compliance documentation are accurately maintained.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safe systems of work.
- Supporting and developing maintenance team members through coaching and leadership.
- Managing contractors and third-party inspectors on site.
- Driving a strong health & safety culture throughout the business.
- Monitoring maintenance budgets and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
- Supporting wider site operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
The right candidate will have
Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager or similar leadership role. xgikmsk
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.
