We are seeking a passionate, humble and hands-on culinary professional who can lead a busy kitchen operation while delivering outstanding dining experiences for guests from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple food outlets, including:
- Breakfast Service
- Beach Lunch Restaurants
- Evening Restaurant
- Room Service
- Beach Picnics
- Weekly Themed Event Nights
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 20 kitchen staff.
- Take a hands-on approach to cooking and service, leading by example.
- Develop creative seasonal menus and dining experiences.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Manage food costs, stock control and waste while maintaining premium standards.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health and hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including private dining and special events.
- Foster a positive, respectful and collaborative team culture.
- Build strong relationships within a multicultural team and local community.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within a luxury hotel, resort or high-end hospitality environment. xgikmsk
