Key Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple food outlets, including:
Breakfast Service
Beach Lunch Restaurants
Evening Restaurant
Room Service
Beach Picnics
Weekly Themed Event Nights
Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 20 kitchen staff.
Take a hands-on approach to cooking and service, leading by example.
Develop creative seasonal menus and dining experiences.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
Manage food costs, stock control and waste while maintaining premium standards.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health and hygiene regulations.
Work closely with suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including private dining and special events.
Foster a positive, respectful and collaborative team culture.
