Role: Sales Assistant (White Goods)
Salary: £24,862
Location: Cardiff (In person)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent, Monday – Friday (9am-5pm) Saturday 9am – 1pm (Every Sunday and 1 weekday off)
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in their purchasing decisions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to sell effectively and provide exceptional service will contribute significantly to our client's team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
· Provide knowledgeable advice on a range of electrical appliances
· Process sales and manage transactions accurately using POS systems
· Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and accepting deliveries
· Maintain a clean and organised shop floor
· Support promotional activities and in-store displays
· Resolve customer queries and issues with a helpful attitude
· Deal with customer needs across multiple touch points - in person, online, email and phone
