About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Gas Safe registered engineer and plumber to join its internal team, delivering domestic refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects throughout South Wales. This is a varied, hands-on position covering:
- Plumbing and heating surveys
- General plumbing repairs
- Fault diagnosis
- First-fix and second-fix installations
- Boiler and central heating work
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing
- Testing and commissioning
- Minor making-good
- Other reasonable multi-skilled duties
Projects typically involve occupied and vacant residential properties requiring repair or reinstatement following fire, flood, escape of water or accidental damage. The successful candidate will work across the full project lifecycle, from initial inspection and diagnosis through to installation, certification and handover.
