We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our client's legal team. Responsibilities:
Prepare and type legal documents, reports, and correspondence using standard word processing tools.
Manage and maintain accurate filing systems for legal files and case documentation.
Assist with the organisation of meetings, appointments, and court dates, ensuring all relevant materials are prepared in advance.
Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts, leases, and notices using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and external agencies through clear communication skills via email or telephone.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and scheduling to optimise workflow efficiency.
Utilise IT skills to manage case management software and other digital platforms relevant to property law practice.
Demonstrate excellent time management to prioritise tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
