We are looking for a professional and client-focused Loss Assessor to represent policyholders throughout the insurance claims process, from initial damage assessment through to final settlement. The Loss Assessor will act as the client’s advocate, conducting property inspections, assessing damage, interpreting insurance policies, and preparing detailed, evidence-based claims. You will liaise and negotiate with insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders to achieve fair and timely outcomes.
Exceptional communication and people skills are essential. You must be able to communicate clearly, calmly, and empathetically with clients who may be distressed or vulnerable. Excellent spoken and written English is required, as the role involves explaining complex policy terms, drafting professional correspondence, and managing sensitive or difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.

- Cert CILA/CII (or working towards such qualifications)
