The Role:

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will lead the creative direction of a variety of projects across branding, digital, web and campaign design. Working closely with clients and the wider creative team, you will transform strategic ideas into compelling visual solutions while maintaining exceptional creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of brand identities and visual campaigns.
  • Design engaging websites, digital products and user experiences.
  • Produce creative concepts across digital, print, social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Present creative ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers, strategists and copywriters to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative environment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on brand.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Creative Designer, Brand Designer, Digital Designer or similar role.
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design and campaign work.
  • Strong UI/UX design experience, including websites and digital products.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • The ability to lead creative discussions and present ideas with confidence.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for purposeful, impactful design.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with purpose-led or sustainability-focused organisations.
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Knowledge of design systems and scalable digital products.
