Our client based in Cardiff is looking for a driven and hard-working Property Manager to join their office in North Cardiff. This is an opportunity to join a Lettings Team within the local office of an established Estate Agency and Lettings Business.

You must be a strong and resilient character who is a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timely manner, whilst delivering exceptional levels of Customer Service. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, proactive and willing to work both alone and as part of our Lettings Team. You will have an outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate planning and organisational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
  • Deal with customer enquiries effectively
  • Ensure focus on own development
  • Escalate queries outside of own authority level
  • Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
  • Managing and arranging property maintenance
  • Managing and arranging legal certificates (e.g. gas safety, electrical, EPC)
  • Managing property inspections
  • Visiting properties to carry out inspections

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Saturday working on a rota basis

Salary: Dependant on experience

Driving licence essential

Pay: £25,300.00-£26,000.00 per year

Additional pay: Bonus scheme, Performance bonus
